Mountain Beach Fitness Retreats

Mountain Beach Fitness Retreats offer bespoke transformative fitness programmes. They will provide a tailor- made programme for you as an individual or for a private group, which includes workouts such as; HIIT (cardio & strength focus), high altitude hikes, trail running, boxercise, assisted stretching, functional circuits in the alpine environment and paddle board core and balance workouts. There are various indoor activities in case of bad weather.

A private personal trainer for up to 4 people is CHF 100 per hour or CHF 500 for a full day.
