Agathe is No.14’s head chef. Her enviable talent has given her the opportunity to cook in the French alps, Corsica, England and the French Riviera – as well as spending her last winter in France working in the 1 Michelin* La Bergerie de Sarpoil.
This is Agathe’s third winter in Verbier and second year working for No.14. She enjoys cooking with the seasons and has a wealth of experience in all different styles and genres of food. Agathe tailors her menus to each client’s specific requirements, incorporating the very best local locally sourced ingredients into every meal.
