Head Chef

Emanuele is No.14’s head chef. His enviable talent has given him the opportunity to cook in restaurants and as a private chef in Spain, Italy, England and Australia!

This is Emanuele’s first winter in Verbier after being headhunted by No.14’s founder during the summer of 2021. He enjoys cooking with the seasons and has a wealth of experience in all different styles and genres of food but never forgetting his Italian routes. Emanuele tailors his menus to each client’s specific requirements, incorporating the very best local locally sourced ingredients into every meal.
