We are delighted to welcome Linda to the No.14 kitchen this winter season. Having spent the past 6 years at Richard Branson's Lodge, Linda has developed a profound appreciation for the Valais region and its abundant offerings. Her passion for the mountains and the local produce enriches her international background. Linda specialises in modern Scandinavian cuisine and she is famous for her beautiful creations. We are excited for our guests to savour Linda’s cuisine this winter.
