No. 14 Hotel Guests Terms & Conditions  

Cancellation Policy  
Free cancellation up to 7 nights before arrival. If you cancel after this period or you are a no-show, this will result in the full payment being kept.

 

Terms of Payment

The total of your booking price is to be paid on reservation.

 

Liability

TNN14 will ensure your holiday accommodation and services provided by ourselves are those of the highest standard as described to you in our marketing.  

  1.  All guests must provide an official ID upon arrival.

  2. All guests undertake to behave in such a manner as in no way to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other clients, property, employee and/or third party. If you or any member of your party behave in a manner which is illegal or in breach of any provision of our terms and conditions, your rental may be terminated with immediate effect. In this event, you would not receive any refund and you would be fully liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of your behavior.  

  3. All damages and breakages will be charged to you and must be paid before vacating the premises. A credit card hold of 500CHF per room, will be taken on arrival. Any damage amount will be deducted from the final refund of the security deposit. Furthermore, TNN14 will not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property. In this event, you would be expected to make a claim under your travel insurance policy.

  4. TNN14 accepts no responsibility for any loss, delay or additional costs incurred due to adverse weather conditions.

  5. All guests agree that winter and mountain sports are hazardous and dangerous activities and that whether they are on their own, with a qualified instructor, or a member of TNN14 staff, or otherwise, guests are voluntarily exposing themselves to risk of accident, damage, death, loss and/or personal injury and in so doing, participate strictly at their own risk.

  6. All guests’ use of the Spa facilities is at their own risk and TNN14 can accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or other harm sustained. At all times you and your guests must carefully consider your own safety and the safety of others when using all spa facilities. There is no lifeguard on duty. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of children in your party.  

  7. Our spa facilities are closed during the hours of 20.00 to 08.00. Children under the age of 4 years are forbidden from using the spa.  

  8. Guests with any heart or circulatory conditions, on any medication and pregnant women are advised to seek medical advice prior to use of the Spa.  

  9. TNN14 is not liable for any damages incurred by the client due to burglary or theft.

 

Third party services

TNN14 may arrange services from third party suppliers including but not limited to ski instructors, tour guides, lift passes, equipment hire, airport transfers, massage therapists, childcare and any other third party services. Any booking arranged for you with a third party will be subject to their terms and conditions of business. You will be liable to pay for costs of any third party service and all costs must be settled when requested. TNN14 will not be responsible for any outstanding costs for third party services and reserves the right to deduct any outstanding costs due from the security deposit. TNN14 is not liable for any damages incurred by the client while using the service of a third party, even if arranged by TNN14.

 

General Information

1. The chalet will be ready from 16.00 on the day of your arrival. If you wish to arrive before this time, please advise us so that we can try to make suitable arrangements.

2. Check out time on the day of departure is 11.00. If you are leaving later on your last day, we will happily store your luggage in the chalet until departure, but your party must have vacated the property by 11.00.

3. Early arrivals and later departures can normally only be accommodated when there is not a back to back booking in the chalet on that particular day and must be agreed in writing, prior to arrival. If you do not comply with the check-out time TNN14 reserves the right to charge an amount equal to 1 extra day of rental.

4. Upon arrival in our property please take the time to familiarize yourself with the layout, taking specific attention to the location of fire exits.

5. The chalet cannot be used for any kind of commercial activity, unless agreed in advance in writing.

6. Music instruments, sound or DJ equipment can be used only subject to prior approval of chalet management.  

7. Only you and members of your party, confirmed in advance of your arrival, can occupy the chalet. If you would like to invite any additional guests for dinner or to stay overnight you must request permission from TNN14 and if agreed, TNN14 reserves the right to charge extra for services provided.

8. No outdoor shoes are to be worn inside the property, please ensure you travel with appropriate indoor footwear. In addition, strollers and other wheeled carriers are prohibited inside the chalet and will be stored at the ski room.  

9. No smoking is allowed in the property under any circumstance. Smoking is permitted on terraces and balconies where ashtrays are provided.

10. Arrangements for babysitting can be made with a third-party supplier, but please note that this is an additional service and ideally needs to be arranged in advance.  11. TNN14 reserves the right to enter the property at any time, as deemed necessary for the provision of services, carrying out maintenance activities, and/or conducting business in any other manner.
